Sizzling Green Beans=Scary

Last week we learned that the vacuum and green beans sizzling in a pan are quite scary. The blow dryer is also very alarming. Sweeping the floor is facinating. Jumping in our jumper is hilarious. And sometimes when you weigh 19 pounds the swings motor can’t quite make you go anymore=(

Brett is becoming increasingly more interested in everything around him which makes life so much fun. He is getting really good at sitting up on his own, although I still stay really close just to be sure. He helped me cook dinner tonight:

When I take of the diaper, Brett immediately grabs his toes. Tonight they went in the mouth and it was adorable!


I also wanted to give a quick update on my New Year’s goals. The scripture study has been going really well. Sean, Brett and I have been reading almost every morning right before Sean leaves for school. I have been reading hte scriptures corresponding with my primary lesson and the ensign which has been really great!! I have even been exercising pretty regularly which feels great and Mr. Brett loves to jump and giggle when he watches me. He also likes going on more walks. I haven’t been perfect, but that was never the point=) I have been trying and improving which has made me really happy!
