We have been so busy having fun that I haven't taken the time to record all the fun stuff Here are a bunch of pictures in no particular order because I honestly can't remember what days we've done what!
When we got back from our Heber Family Reunion I spent a lot of time editing the photos I took of everyone. Here I am trying to do some cropping while helping Lizzie play the piano, apparently Sean found it funny=)
On Father's day we woke up and made buttermilk pancakes for Sean and the kids colored some beautiful pictures. Sean had rounded the day before so it was nice that he didn't have rounding or meetings at church. After a yummy breakfast the kids and I gave Sean the 2 shirts we got him.
The highlight of the day was when Lizzie started walking! She has been playing with the idea for a long time, taking a few steps here and there. She would always make herself fall down though because she'd get nervous and she thought it was funny. She figured out how to stand up on her own and I think thats what did the trick. When she would fall she could get back up again. She is sooo darling sticking out her belly and her bottom lip while she toddles around the house. New walkers are one of the best things ever! 14.5 months was a great time to start walking Lizzie Jean!
Brett had his first formal piano lesson and has been loving it. He has only had two so far and has another this afternoon. He loves learning from Victoria and responds really well to her teaching. He gets a star for every song he plays really well at lessons, so last time he got 6 stars. When he gets 10 stars he gets to pick from her prize basket. Keeping the girls entertained during his lessons is difficult, when the weather gets cooler I think we will just go on walks. We went to the Museum of Curiosity with Rebecca, Kaden, and Alexis and had so much fun. They put in a new ball pit to help the kids learn about red blood cells. The kids loved it, especially Lizzie!
Sean's company threw a summer party at a park near our house. It was a huge hit with delicious pizza, face painting, and great company!

The park was right across from the fitness center where the kids have taken soccer and tumbling. We had to park there and the kids wanted to pose with the Lion statues.
Its been pretty hot here so we've pulled out the sprinklers a few times. Alana doesn't love the cold water and hates it to splash in her eyes, so she usually ends up snuggling on my lap while we watch Brett and the neighbors play.
Brett and his friends have made some pretty epic train tracks. When Lizzie is awake we sometimes barricade her off so she doesn't "help" with the tracks.
Lizzie inherited this darling shirt from her cousin Alexis. She was looking very fashionable at our trip to Walmart.
We went to a fun thing called Venture Out at a park near our house. Brett, Sean, and our friend Steffan tried the rock climbing.
Brett and Alana both painted a picture with squirt guns filled with paint.
Lizzie ate a blue dumdum and had a very blue mouth.
Brett and Sean played a game where they tossed a wet sponge back and forth.
We ended the night with some amazing blueberry donuts and some cinnamon sugar donuts.
Lizzie was a big fan!
Steffan and Afton enjoyed the donuts as well!
Lizzie has been loving this little snack container, she carries it all around with her bear and has so much fun!
We went to my parents house for some roast one Sunday and the kids had way too much fun playing with their grandparents. Lizzie adores Elroy!
Somehow a blue crayon got stuck in the wash! It made a huge mess with melted blue wax on everything and stained my dryer!
Here's Brett at his lesson with Victoria! They played a duet.
We had some dear friends come visit us from Springville. They all played a silly game of dress up and we had a great time playing together and visiting!
Sean has a job interview (like a real live grown up interview!) with Foothill Family Clinic. One of the offices is out in Draper so we decided to drive out to Draper to see what the area was like. We loved it! We took a really long way to get there so we could see lots of the area and stopped at Kneaders to get a treat before we came back home. The kids had sugar cookies and shared a peach smoothie with me and Sean had a brownie.
With all the dress up things out, Lizzie found this Donald Duck hat that belonged to her Uncle Brandon and fell in love:
Our kids (mostly Alana) are going crazy with stuffed animal birthdays! Alana will tell me its her animals birthday everyday. She got this new girl lion and named her Nala and when we had pudding for her birthday one night, Alana was disappointed. The next morning Alana proclaimed that it was Nala's birthday again. We had a chat about how we can't always make a cake for every stuffed animal, but that we could make one that day =)

We went to the annual residency graduation on the 30th. It was at This is the Place and was a really nice evening. It was fun to see Sean speak about his senior residents who were moving on. He's a third year now and will be done end of next June!
Sarah, Sean, Jordan, and Diantha are the senior residents now and share all the chief resident responsibilities. Sean is in charge of scheduling which is a huge job!
