Happy Birthday Teacher!

We celebrated my birthday at kindergarten. The kids all brought me adorable cards and gifts they had either made or picked out themselves. I have four room mothers who coordinate all the parties etc. two in the morning and two in the afternoon. The wonderful morning mom brought me yummy cookies and a scentsy candle thing that smells like blueberries, mmmm. My afternoon moms got together and collected money for a $45 gift card to Barnes and Noble-wow! Also a very talented and extremely kind mom made me this cake:IMG_3444.JPG
She took these little self-portraits the kids had drawn, scanned them into her computer and printed them on edible paper. The cake is simply darling! I love the drawings the kids did and truly appreciate how much time she must have put into this cake. Look how cute:IMG_3448.JPG

One of my favorite details is that the identical triplets look nothing alike in their self portraits=)
