cousins

This past week we got to visit with Brandon, Michal, and Brielle. It was so fun to have them all around and to see Brielle react to her new cousin Brett. I love having family around and hope we get to see Neil, Becks, and Kaden and Eric soon. We had an especially fantastic day Saturday when we had Mom and Dad P here too. I hope Brett grows up knowing his cousins well! This next week we are heading off to Utah to bless Brett and see lots of friends and family. I am mostly excited to see my grandparents, although I am a little scared to see how sick they have gotten in the past few months. It seems like every day they get older and sicker which is particularly hard to see since they have always seemed invincible to me. I am grateful for the opportunity to spend some time with them and they are SO excited to see baby Brett.
Now I will warn you that I have lots and LOTS of pictures to share this week, I had a hard time choosing which ones to post!

We tried to go to the special shapes glowdeo at the balloon fiesta on Thursday night. It was really cold and windy and they didn’t raise any balloons, but we got in free and got to see some cool fireworks. I’m excited to see more of the festival next year, it was a really fun atmosphere.

Brett has been sucking his fist more and more the last few days and on Saturday he got his thumb, it was so so cute.
