Sam's Graduation=Trip to Idaho

Right before we left for Disneyland we decided to drive to Idaho as soon as we got back. We arrived back in Utah Thursday morning and played with the kids, did laundry, and packed. Sean also had some newborns at the hospital to round on. On Friday morning, Sean went to discharge the babies while the kids and I packed, vacuumed the car, and got ready. We left at about 11 and arrived in Idaho about 5:30. It was a great drive! The kids had tons of fun playing on Kindles, the switch, and singing to music. They also loved the endless candy, chips and treats. When we got to Sam's house, the kids all played with Kaity while my Mom, sister and I went to get some pizza and pick up groceries. After dinner we went to a fun local ice cream place where they make rolls of ice cream! It was so fun to watch them make the ice cream and quite delicious to eat. Since Sam had been working so hard to finish school she wasn't up for a family of 5 guests so we stayed in a hotel. The kids were in heaven!

 We woke up Saturday morning and had a delicious hotel breakfast! The kids all loved it! Lizzie's favorite was the muffins, Brett loved the cinnamon rolls, and Alana loved the pancake machine!

 We let the kids play in the hotel room for a long time and they really liked that. They had so much fun. Sean pulled up Sam's commencement online and watched the speech while I napped, then we all watched as they called out the graduates and saw Sam get her degree! We were all so so proud!

 After we saw sam walk, we drove over to Sam and Jareds house to help get the food and the address for the picnic. Alana and Lizzie were quite in love with Lily the puppy this trip! We drove over to Sam's brother in law's house for a delicious lunch!

 We haven't seen Jared since Thanksgiving and it was really nice to see him!

 We went back to the hotel and swam for 3 hours! Mom, Dad, Sam, and Jared watched while Kaity, Brett, Alana, Lizzie, Sean, and I all swam. After swimming we walked over and had a yummy meal at Applebees. Lizzie fell asleep before her food came and she slept soundly all the way through dinner.

 We went back to the Browns after dinner and watched the kids jump on the trampoline.

 It was fun reading Harry Potter to the kids all sacked out in the hotel room.

 On Sunday we woke up to another delicious breakfast. We gave the kids baths, the went to the Browns to play. We went to Sacrament meeting with them and then headed back to Utah right after. We leaned the Prodigal Son parable in the car on the drive home as our primary lesson that day=) It was a really fun trip! We are so happy these long months are almost over for the Browns and they will soon be reunited in Portland.
