Brett is Here!

Just as Dad Z suspected and right in time for Sean’s practical anatomy final, Brett was born around 3:30 on Aug 22. He was 8 lbs 10 oz and 21 inches long. He is perfect in every way and we are so excited to have him! I will post his birth story in a few days, but for now I will just show off some cute pics of his first few days.

Day One

Mom P. came down Sunday night, it was amazing having her there to help with the delivery.

I went with the epidural and LOVED it! Its a strange feeling to want to move your leg but not be able to. Sean was a sweetie and helped me.

Brett is born! He had a hard time breathing at first so he had to go over to the little baby warmer. Sean got to help the midwife actually deliver the baby.
