We got to see lots of wonderful friends and family while we were in Utah! We were sad to miss some friends but hopefully we’ll see them next time. The first day we got there we got to go have lunch with Sean’s mission companion John and his lovely wife Allie. They recommended this amazing Chinese place which we all enjoyed. It was so good to see them and catch up, we really miss living right upstairs from them and having dinner together most Sundays!
We got to see Sean’s childhood friend Peter and go on a hike with him. It was pretty cool that he was randomly visiting the Salt Lake area from Buffalo, New York!
We got to have dinner at my wonderful friend Whitney’s house. She was so kind to host us, especially since she is suffering from morning sickness. She made this delicious walnut crusted chicken, yum! They have an adorable little girl named Kirsten who has lots of fun toys Mr. Brett enjoyed playing with and they also have a HUGE dog named Porter who repeatedly kissed Brett. Brett thought it was a little overwhelming, but overall pretty funny!
We had dinner with my parents awesome neighbors Scott and Wendy. Sean now agrees with me that Scott makes the best pizza! We also had lunch with some other friends Miri and Mike and Megan and Eric. It was so great to see them and visit. We spent time with my Grandma and Uncle Brian and of course my parents. It was such a fun, social trip!
Glad you got to see so many friends during your trip! However did you find out Peter was around? Brett looks like he likes to make new friends too.
