When we got home from our giant trip we had to decorate of course. Both kids take after us and love all the Christmas decor!

Here is the list Brett made for Santa this year (Brett wishes are in the inner circle and Lana’s are in the outer). He is so very excited for Mr. Clause to come (he is equally excited to watch Jesus movies on mormon.org every night which makes my heart happy!)
He was very intent about decorating the tree for approximately 5 minutes, I was ready with my camera =)

Mom and Dad P gave me new pjs for my birthday and Alana wanted to try them on. I also got some necklaces and earrings and she was giddy about those too!

Don’t put chocolate in the dryer with your husband’s white coat (or any laundry for that matter), its a little bit disastrous!
Try not to laugh too hard when your son prayer goes like this: “We are grateful for the treadmill and please bless that we don’t break or die.”
When you think your baby is sick, take her to the doctor because she likely has an ear infection.
Sleep training inevitably brings grumpiness to the whole house (last night we made it all the way to 5:30 without having to get her, poor girl only gets water at night now and its not as worth waking up for)
Ranking residencies is hard!
