Alana turns 2!

My baby girl turns 2 tomorrow!! I can’t believe all the growth I have seen, even in the last month. She is a little chatter box now with a full fledged, darling personality. I just love her so so much, I can’t even put into words how much I adore her! I will list a few fun things about her and then we can see her 2 year old movie. I love working on these and pretty much make them for myself so I can remember all the cute things they do and how they grow throughout the year! Its such a humbling experience to sift through film clips and think of songs that remind me of her, I just can’t believe I get to be her mommy!
 -Alana give the BEST hugs ever! Like she plasters herself to you and wraps her little chubby, baby-soft arms around your neck. She also gives great kisses right on the lips!
-She loves babies. She points them out wherever we go and loves all her dolls and stuffed animals. She is excited for the baby in my tummy and super enjoyed the ultrasound this past week. She likes to tickle the baby and talk about how she is swimming.
 -Alana puts 3-4 words together now to make sentences which are super cute. She especially likes to talk about how things are special to people so she will say the persons name, then special, then me. Like with Brett’s favorite Star Wars toys, she will say: “Brett, Special, Me” meaning the toy is special to Brett.
 -Alana loves friends and loves to go play at other peoples houses. -She loves to do most things her brother does, as long as he is nice:)
-Her favorite animal is a giraffe, her favorite color is pink, and her favorite foods are mac and cheese and pretzels.
-She loves riding carousels and is very very excited to go to Disneyland in a few weeks.
 -She loves her Daddy and obsesses over him when he is home, she finds everything he does fascinating (like chewing gum and putting on socks)
-Alana is very opinionated and loves to let us know her opinions especially lately with tantrums and screaming. She is especially good and giant alligator tears!
-She is excited to be a big sister (in as much as she understands it) and I can’t wait to see her fill the role with her cheerful loving spirit!
