Christmas Day 2018

Santa came!

Alana's pile: a hatchimal, the game Guess Who, Make-up, gel pens, and a lion cub stuffed animal.

Lizzie's pile: a stuffed animal cat, a giant bear, make-up, and a three piece nursery set.

Brett's pile: Lego Ninjago Jay's Mech, gum wrapped in $10, a giant puppet snake, a beanie boo husky, and a target game.

Santa also brought a pickle present which Alana found. It was Operation.

Santa brought goodies and toys to our birds.

He filled our stockings with all kinds of fun treats and toys, and he also left a fun book and walkie talkies for the whole family.

The kids woke up to find giant loli pops and notes from Santa on their beds. They were all really excited and couldn't wait to head down to see what Santa had brought and what fun things were under the tree.

Alana really wanted a baby hatchimal and was so so excited to open it. It was the only thing she asked Santa for. We all enjoyed watching the egg crack and she was very very excited to find a girl in her egg. The baby was officially named Bow.

Lizzie has been loving playing with Lexi's makeup for months and was so so excited to get some of her own.

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit and the kids were all really excited to give them the gifts they had made. Alana made Grandma a beautiful ornament out of paper and Brett and Alana both made Grandma necklaces. Grandpa got a great magnet and a painted turtle =) Of course Grandma and Grandpa brought tons of fun gifts too and we all had lots of fun playing and visiting and napping (Grandpa).

Brandon and Michal sent us a wonderful art thing where it projects a picture onto a paper and you trace it.

They also sent some fun hair chalk for Alana. She had fun doing her hair and my hair...

 and Lizzie's hair =)

All that chalk required some baths:

Brett built legos pretty much all day and was so so excited to finish his Jay's Mech.

Santa put nail polish in mine and the girls stocking.

Sean got some smart switches and a fun notebook that becomes digital. He had a great time setting up all the apps =)

Lizzie got dress ups, and legos, and a horse stick with a cowgirl outfit, and a hungry hippo game, and lots of other awesome stuff.

Mom and Dad P. bought Sean some beautiful artwork that came in a giant box, the box was very fun to play with!

Papa and Mimi came to play in the afternoon too and we had a wonderful time opening more gifts. The kids again got really excited to give the gifts they had made and wrapped. Brett made Mimi a necklace and Alana made Mimi a pencil holder. Brett made papa a magnet and the girls both painted him wooden trains. We had some yummy spaghetti for dinner and then Grandma and Grandpa left and Papa and Mimi snuggled up with us a watched Frozen.

 Brett just kept building legos:

 Sean helped with some legos:

The giant bear joined in for the Frozen watching party:

I got sweaters, and charging stations, and earings and gift cards. It was a wonderful day!

Brett set up his stuffies to give him his clothes after his shower that night =)
