November

 We have had lots of adventures this month! Here are a few:

The kids needed new clothes so I tried to order things online or I picked them up when I was at Target getting my new glasses. I found some shirts and a dress that Alana liked and it was a miracle! She has only worn the shirts one day so maybe I rejoiced too early. But at least she has some long sleeve warm things in her drawer if she chooses to wear them.

The kids love the show Best Cake Wins on BYU TV. Alana drew a picture of what she wanted her cake to look like for her birthday. 

I ordered these pants in size 8 for Brett on Amazon and they were too long for me!!

We have been learning about pastels this month in art and we did some really cool Georgia O Keefe inspired flowers.

We've been playing Disney Code names together lately and its been a lot of fun! 

Shaving cream and breakout beasts:

We got krispy kreme donuts one morning and then drove to get Bretts allergy shot. He went in and got his shot and then we all ate donuts for 30 minutes while waiting to make sure he didn't have a bad reaction. 

The kids built some epic forts in the basement! 

Love this picture! We have been on lockdown since coming back from Oregon. Our Governor hasn't mandated anything but he said it was best to not be with anyone outside your own home, so no friends. Its been hard, but also very fun to watch the kids play together. I have been thankful for technology and art that have kept us mostly sane!
